Order & Payment

You can order products with these steps.

For Cash

  • Choose a product
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Fill out Personal Information
  • Attached Valid ID
  • Click “Make Order”
  • Confirm order via E-mail/Text Message
  • Process
  • Receive Order Information
  • Pay the total amount and pick up at branch

       For Installment

  • Choose a product
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Fill out Personal Information
  • Attached Valid ID
  • Click “Make Order”
  • Confirm order via E-mail/Text Message
  • Process
  • Receive Order Information
  • Go to the branch nearest you

We will notify you through email or text message once your order is ready to pick up.

  • Choose the product you want to go to its product page.
  • You will see if the product is in stock or out of stock.
  • If the product you’re looking for is not in the website it may be out of stock or phased out item.

Pick-up & Releasing

Check e-mail for notification of your order. Once order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail or text notification of your order being processed and ready to pick up.

You will pick up your order at the branch nearest you.

After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email/text message.

After successful verification (Time Frame: within 24-48 hours after order date) and after you successfully finish all the required process (for installment), you can expect to pick up/released your unit within 24 hours (if the unit is available to your nearest branch) and within 72 hours (if the unit is not available to your nearest branch).

*NOTE: If the releasing day falls on a holiday the releasing day will be on the next working day.

  • You can click on “forgot password”.
  • We will send you a link through your E-mail Address allowing you to create new password.

To change the information in your MitsukoshiShop Account, you can log in your account and select “My Account” then “Account Details” and edit anything you want (eg: address, phone, contact number, e-mail).

  • Choose the product you want and go to its product page.
